Shipping policy

Gabra Crystals ships to the US only, but we will be shipping globally soon.

We use USPS as our primary shipping carrier.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders under $100 are $8, $101-199 are $150, and orders of $200 or more will receive free shipping.

All orders are treated as a priority and will be shipped within 24hrs from the time the order was received. We are shipping from Maui, Hawaii via USPS Flat Rate Priority. Orders will arrive within 3-5 business days.

If your order has not arrived within this time frame, email aloha@gabracrystals.com with your order number and contact details and we will ensure you receive your crystals.

If you are in a rush to get the goods, please email us at aloha@gabracrystals.com and we will do our best to get things moving faster.

PLEASE NOTE:  Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of order (or to an address we have had confirmed by the customer, in writing, prior to shipping of the order from our premises).  We will not be liable for any order where the delivery address is changed by the customer, after the order has been shipped from our premises.
